While our car cleaning service is mobile, our agent will need to park near your vehicle for the valet. This can be done in your driveway or on a public road with available parking. The convenience of our fully mobile service ensures flexibility in the location for your car wash in Bangladesh.

Cancellation policy?

Customers can cancel valet bookings in Bangladesh if done more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds are issued minus a non-refundable transaction fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee.
• Cancellations within 2 hours will result in a 100% fee.

Water & power required?

No, unless specified during booking, our system pairs you with mobile valeters equipped with water and electricity. This ensures your vehicle can be valeted even without access to a supply at your location in Bangladesh.

Can I postpone my car wash appointment if the weather is unfavorable?

Car wash service in Bangladesh depends on your chosen package and availability of a sheltered area. Each booking is assessed individually. If weather is bad, we'll reach out to discuss rescheduling.

Presence needed during valet?

You're not required to remain for the entire car wash. However, if interior cleaning is included, access to your vehicle's inside is needed. It's best to be there at the beginning of your appointment for a smooth start with the technician.

Can I add more cars?

Absolutely! You can request the same valet service for two cars from one technician. Simply add the second car in the 'Extras' section at checkout.
